General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of contracting apply to all commercial transactions carried out on our website, ozonederma.com, a domain owned by ESTRÉS OXIDATIVO 2 S.L.

ozonederma.com is a business unit belonging to ESTRÉS OXIDATIVO 2 S.L., a company legally incorporated in Spain with Tax ID No. B76282938. Address: Polígono industrial de Arinaga, C/Cincel, 31. Postal Code 35118. Agüimes, Las Palmas, Spain.

2. Activity
ozonederma.com is engaged in the manufacturing and remote selling, mainly via the internet and in pharmacies, of natural cosmetic products in Spain and Europe.
3. Content and information provided on the website
ozonederma.com reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.
ozonederma.com makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that a typographical error beyond the control of ozonederma.com occurs, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, ozonederma.com will inform the customer of the error and the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
The contents of the ozonederma.com website may, on occasion, display provisional information about certain products. If the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
ozonederma.com is not responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any of the information, content, statements, or expressions contained in the products sold by ozonederma.com.

5. Applicable taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the ozonederma.com website do not include Value Added Tax (VAT)/(IGIC), which will be applied where appropriate.
Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any EU Member State will be subject to VAT or the applicable tax.
Purchases to be delivered to territories of non-EU States, or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla will be exempt from VAT, and IGIC (Canary Islands Tax) will be applied instead.
Prices valid until the next edition unless there is a typographical error.
6. Payment methods
When placing an order, the customer may choose to pay by card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, etc.) through secure payment via Stripe, or via PayPal.
All orders outside Spain must be paid in advance by card or bank transfer. The cash-on-delivery option is not available.
In certain cases, and to prevent possible fraud, ozonederma.com reserves the right to request a specific payment method if the purchaser’s identity cannot be reliably verified.
7. Shipping method and timeframes
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Orders will be processed and prepared immediately; therefore, any additions will be considered a new order. Deliveries will be made to the customer’s address within approximately five to eight working days, depending on stock availability.
ozonederma.com sends orders to its customers via national transport companies.
Delivery times may be affected by extraordinary incidents in the courier service and by difficulties in delivering the goods.
8. Buyer’s rights and return policy
The catalog shown is merely indicative. This prevents ozonederma.com from being able to inform customers exactly about product availability or guarantee a specific delivery date, which will depend on manufacturing time.
ozonederma.com guarantees customers the possibility to cancel their order at any time at no cost, provided the cancellation is communicated before the order has been handed over to the courier.
The customer may return any item purchased from ozonederma.com, provided the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging.
The customer will have 24 hours from the date of receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product. The customer must inform ozonederma.com within the stipulated time and by any legally accepted means of their intention to exercise this right. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to ozonederma.com, with the customer covering the return shipping costs.
After 48 hours from the date of receipt, returns will only be accepted with prior approval from our company; otherwise, the return will be refused and returned to the customer.
In these cases, ozonederma.com will refund the purchase amount by credit card refund, bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer, or credit to their personal account.
If a product different from the one ordered by the customer is delivered due to an error by ozonederma.com, it will be collected and the correct product delivered, provided the customer returns the incorrect item to our premises. ozonederma.com will cover both the collection and delivery shipping costs.

9. Customer obligations
The customer of ozonederma.com undertakes to always provide truthful information in the user registration or order forms and to keep it updated at all times.
The customer undertakes to accept all provisions and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, acknowledging that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried out by ozonederma.com.
The customer also undertakes to keep their personal access codes to our website confidential and secure, if applicable.
The customer undertakes to enable delivery of the requested order by providing an address where the order can be delivered during the usual delivery hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00). Failure to comply with this obligation will release ozonederma.com from any responsibility for delays or inability to deliver the requested order.
10. Security and confidentiality
ozonederma.com guarantees security and confidentiality in all communications with its customers.
The purchase process data is stored in a database designed for this purpose.
ozonederma.com guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal, residential, payment, and any other data provided by customers, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data.
All data provided by our customers will be included in an automated file of personal data created and maintained under the responsibility of ozonederma.com, for the purpose stated in each data collection form. In such forms, customers may accept or reject purposes and uses other than those necessary for fulfilling the contract.
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding their personal data at any time by writing to info@ozonederma.com, Polígono industrial de Arinaga, C/Cincel, 31, CP 35118, Agüimes, Las Palmas, Spain.
If the data provided is linked to a purchase, Spanish law requires that we retain it for at least five years, so it cannot be deleted or modified, although it can be blocked (cancelled), even if the customer requests so.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Sales made with ozonederma.com are subject to Spanish law.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be that of the courts or tribunals of the purchaser.
12. Warranty
All our products comply with current legislation on technical aids (Directive 93/42/EEC) and/or other applicable international standards for each product.
13. Sales clause
ESTRÉS OXIDATIVO 2 S.L. is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that may arise from the use of the products.
ESTRÉS OXIDATIVO 2 S.L. reserves the right to add or remove products or services appearing in this catalog and declines any responsibility for printing errors in this catalog or in any future printed materials, reserving the right to correct them.
The receipt of any order automatically implies acceptance of the above detailed terms and conditions.
